The easiest way is siphon to so you can get the liquid out without disturbing the dregs sediment and without having to move the fermenting container at all; A good rule of thumb is you get out up to 1/4 inch above where the dregs start; to be safe, I take out no more than 1/2 inch above (let small the remainder go at the bottom of the container, it is not worth getting sick over) Don’t take chances with pressurized gas and glass containers that weren’t designed for pressure, even if you think the fermentation is complete.
